About Me
Hello, and a very warm welcome to my website, Rachel Gray Psyhotherapy. I offer therapy to children, young people, and adults. It can feel daunting when you make the decision to find a counsellor, either for yourself or your child, to acknowledge that you may need support to work through a difficulty. My name is Rachel Gray, and my aim is to make my website as accessible to you as possible so you understand what therapy is, the services I offer, how much it costs, and how you can contact me.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, and adhere to their ethical framework and complaints policy. I have regular supervision and I remain fully committed to my ongoing continued professional development. I also hold full public liability insurance.
